Ten out of ten, hands down. I'd give it an eleven if this thing would let me.

The game is awesome, but the pits... I can sort of understand why you designed them to kill you if you fell in, but not really. I fall into one and it just throws me into the one behind it, which throws me nito the one in front of it... I was doing really damn well, too! Almost died at the boss at the beginning if the second generator but that's because I didn't know what was going on at first. The rolling things proved a challenge but I still completed the second generator with only a few of the bugs making it to the generator. On my way to number 3, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to jump up or try to go through that thing, when I tried to jump back down I died... It's just lame. I can hold off hundreds of aliens but I have to start from the beginning because I fell down a stupid hole? You may as well just have them kill you instantly. How about a checkpoint every time you complete a generator or something?
The story is pretty good. When I got to the second generator and read what it said I was just like, oh my god... They're all just cannon fodder. They can't kill any of them or the plan will be ruined, they don't even have weapons...
The S.O.L.I.D. hologram is a nice feature too. I can actually just stay crouched in one spot and kill them as they come, rather than constantly being pushed back like I was in the first one. I'm hoping I'm not going to be attacked from both sides at the third or fourth generator, but I'm guessing the back to back mode isn't just for decoration.
I had a problem with the loading screen at first too. the first time it loaded it just kept replaying the ad, I had to hit refresh for it to work.
I would have given this a 10/10, but the pit thing just ruined it for me...

I don't really have much to say that ahsn't been said before. Fantastic taste in music, fantastic animation, fantastic plot. I just finished watching the series, but I came back to this one because I wanted to say something. At the end when that rock smashed through the window I shouted "How dare they!" Really, I did. Good thing no one else was home at the time. This series is extremely powerful and possibly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.
The pokeball was a nice touch.

I'd like to give this game a higher score, but I can't. The ability to unleash a barrage of powerful on your enemy is always fun, and the graphics are great, especially the background. The music is pretty good as well. However, the camera is terrible. Its constant zooming in and out make movement, coordination, and aim difficult. When there aren't any enemies around you can't even see five feet ahead of you while you're walking on the ground. And the second boss just seems a bit unreasonable when compared to the relative ease of the first. I normally don't rate games based on difficulty unless they're ridiculously easy, but there seems to be a very big jump there. Lastly, the walking animation just doen't make any sense. A simple thing such as making the camera stay zoomed out during battle would have given this game at least and 8, but alas, I'm afraid I must give this game 2... OUT OF 5.

I really expected this to be making fun of the PS3 or something, I don't know why. Probably because all of my friends, when I told them I wanted I PS3, told me to buy a 360 instead -.- There were a lot of games on that list. I've at least heard of about half of those, and between my brothers and I we've played most of that half. So many great games> was kind of surprised to see Ico and Shadow of The Colossus on that list, two great games that not nearly enough people have heard of. It made me happy to see Armored Core on there as well, I love that series. And Legacy of Kain. I didn't get a chance to read most of the words on the pictures, but that's my only qualm about the video.

The pokemon snap thing really ruined it for me, I liked the whole thing except for that...

I played this game for about 25 minutes and got every single upgrade and all laser turrets (the turrets work for for me, maybe everyone else doesn't know how to hit the select button?). Frankly, the game stopped being enjoyable after the first 15. It stopped getting harder. When the helicopters, the soldier carrying helicopters, the tanks, and then the walkers first appeared, they were near impossible to kill. The "oh shit" kinda feeling is what I love with some games, when you feel like you're about to die but feeling really bad-ass ass when you survive. the muzzle velocity was a good idea, it was fun figuring out the different angles you need for each upgrade. I think the power upgrades were a bit too powerful, the jump between upgrades. a balance between the upgrades seeming insignificant and the upgrades being too powerful is needed. the laser turret was a bit much too, you shoulda kept it with the three slots for the minigun and the rocket launcher. The minigun was really cool when I first got it, it was on the top slot so watching it shoot at all the soldiers and futilely try to destroy the helicopters was fun. the thing is, once you get the power maxed out, or about 3/4s up the game becomes way too easy. the only real enjoyment I got out of the game after that was maxing out the muzzle velocity and shooting into the sky, watching the bullets rain down on them like meteorites or something. Got boring fast, needs to be harder.

It's very pretty. This game is pretty good, I just suck at it. A lot. I can't turn to save my soul. I think it's partly because when you get really big (as in around half the bar full) you can kind of overlap yourself which made it awkward, I'd always turn too far. But the graphics are pretty good. It's amazing how huge you get just from eating a few of those things, you turn intro one fat snake, for about 10 seconds before you die of starvation. I wonder what happens whent he bar gets full?

I wish someone make a game like this where you can just break out and be all bad ass. I know about Matrix Pandemonium but that's not quiet what I'm looking for. Hm. Still, really nice video, it was very well in sync with the music which is always something I look for, and almost all of the animation was really fluid.

This game is great. I love games like this, so simple, yet so fun and addicting. I love the powerups, but not really the upgrades. This is mainly because I think you need certain upgrades to reach some of the super eggs, and that's just kinda lame. I've seen some of the eggs but they're too high up for me to reach. The only one I've actually gotten so far is the oloro egg in level 3, and I've only seen 3 of the others. I'm guessing that different eggs appears in different places the higher the difficulty, which if that's true is a nice feature. I can't stop thinking about this game! It's perfect the way it is now, don't change a thing. You don't even need a sequel. I haven't tried the multiplayer yet, let's hope it lives up to my expectations.
